In addition, at no cost to you, we provide benefit communication and enrollment tools that are unequaled in the industry. Our 28 years of experience have provided us with a unique capability to weave a benefit program together utilizing employer paid, employee paid and blended products.

Why should we elect to do business with The RCSi Group?
We listen. Our first meeting involves a blank sheet of paper and lots of questions. The most important issue to us is that we understand where you want to be from a finance and benefit standpoint. We believe that you can provide an affordable benefit solution to your employees today and well into the future. Almost all of the services we provide are at no direct cost to you, reducing your financial risk and liability.
How do you address support after the sale?
Our commitment is to respond to you the same day. That covers all issues. We understand that you do not have the resources to commit to plan administration, employee issues and/or concerns.

What fees do you charge your clients?
We don’t charge any fees. Our work is compensated through commissions by the insurance carriers.
What size employer groups do you work with?
Our main focus is groups with 20 or more employees, however we have some very competitive programs for small employers
Do you have anything that I can offer to my part-time or seasonal employees?
Yes. We have an affordable limited benefit medical plan that provides first dollar coverage. These programs have no employer contribution or participation requirements.
Are you considered an “independent agency”?
Yes. We have no requirements to any insurance carriers. Our commitment is to our clients and providing them with the best benefit program to fit their financial and budgetary objectives.
What is the process if we decide to work with The RCSi Group?
Our first meeting is an information exchange. We are most interested in your objectives with your benefit plan structure. We will evaluate where you are and where you want to be, then provide you with a written outline to achieve your goals. All of our services are at no direct cost to you.
What do you provide to help us educate your employees on their benefits?
All of our clients have access to our benefit communications programs and tools at no cost We feel that making sure your employees understand how to use their benefits is critical to the achievement of your goals. Through customized benefit communications directed to your employee population, we can “drill down” to the answers of the most important questions your employees have.
